We will be celebrating the life of our dear Janet Grace Barratt by sharing music and memories in the chapel at Brooks Howell retirement home,
Asheville NC.

Chapel is inside Brooks Howell Retirement Home.
266 Merrimon Ave.
Asheville NC 28801
The entrance is across the road from Claxton Elementary
School.
Parking is available anywhere inside the property.
Go to the reception area front desk for directions to the
chapel.
Please arrive anytime from 3pm for a 3.30 start.
We anticipate the event will run for about two hours.
There will be a short intermission with light refreshments
as well as a reception time afterwards.
TRIBUTES:
We would like to invite those close to Janet to share
stories, photos, prayers, literature and music in her memory. Music students
especially are encouraged to share pieces you worked on in lessons.

Mrs. Barratt was my music teacher when I was in 11th and 12th grades. My classmates accused me of being a Lesbian. Mrs. Barratt was the only person outside my family that I talked to about the situation. She was so understanding and a wonderful Christian.
